Il gruppo Pompidou del Consiglio d'Europa organizza un simposio sulle Nuove Sostanze Psicoattive (NPS) che si svolgerà nella città di Venezia - il prossimo 15 Novembre - presso il Palazzo Ducale, a partire dalle ore 9:30.
Il seminario verterà sulle possibili risposte relative alla riduzione della domanda delle Nuove Sostanze Psicoattive.
